As the weather warms up it is important to remember to keep ourselves well hydrated.
The most common cause of headaches in our students is overheating and dehydration.
Please remove excess clothing on warm days and make sure you drink plenty of water. Coffee, and energy drinks are NOT hydrating, in fact, they are the opposite.
Analgesics for headaches are not kept by the College and are not the answer in this situation. We encourage all students to carry a water bottle with them during the warmer months.
