The class of 8A did a magnificent job on their Salad Platters in Food Technology on Tuesday.
The students learned how to make garnishes from tomatoes, celery and onions as well as presenting their food in an appealing manner.
All designs were eye catching and displayed well.
Salads are a great addition to any meal especially in hot months such as these and provide the body with valuable vitamins and minerals.
