This week we are celebrating Positive Week and Cultural Diversity Week with various lunchtime activities.
This is a week where we encourage many positive behaviours including the purpose of Cultural Diversity Week:
"Cultural Diversity Week is an opportunity for Victorians to come together to share aspects of their culture, faith and language, and celebrate the benefits multiculturalism brings to our state."
On Friday during lunchtime, students will have a BBQ to recognise Harmony Day and reflect on the theme: 'Thanking someone else for somthing they have done for you'.
On Saturday, Mitchell Shire Council with a range of community agencies and services are holding a free community 'Family Fiesta' between 11AM and 2PM at Hadfield Park, Wallan.
