Friday 26th June 2020, is the last day of term 2 and the school day finishes at the earlier time of 2:30pm.There will be no formal classes on this day and students will be involved in alternative activities.

At Wallan Secondary College, staff are committed to fulfilling the educational needs of every student, especially through this time of Remote Learning. Although this learning will come in a variety of ways, all students will have access to the curriculum.
Following advice from the Victorian Government on Tuesday 7 April, Wallan Secondary College will be moving to remote and flexible learning from Term 2 (beginning with a pupil-free day).

Due to Department mandated safety precautions, all production rehearsals will be postponed until further notice; this includes the holiday rehearsal on 30th of March.
Our VCAL students visited the MCG and Australian Sports Museum as part of their VCAL program. Students enjoyed an insightful tour of the MCG before exploring the recently upgraded Australian Sports Museum.

The Year 11 and 12 Drama students were very excited for their excursion to Billy Elliot this week!
It was wonderful for our Staff to catch up with our 2019 Year 12's today. It was great to hear about all they had been up to since they left us back in November last year after sitting their VCE exams.
It has been a fairly busy start to the year for everyone here at WSC but none more so than for our new Principal Team.
