A Visit to the Supreme and County Courts
The Year 10 Legal Studies class, explored both the Supreme and County Courts on Friday.
Students were able to watch an appeal to the Supreme Court and were lucky enough to speak with Justice John Champion and his associates,
hearing their stories behind their legal careers, some history of the Supreme Court and asking questions to better understand the trial process.
After this, students took on roles in the County Court and went through a mock Jury selection.

Our students did an excellent job representing our school community and feedback from the Courts staff was glowing.
