On Wednesday the 4th of Sept, the VET hospitality students organised and conducted a fund raising event for World Vision as part of their hospitality program.
The students had to learn how to operate and manage a till, supply correct change, budget for an event, prepare food and serve food to customers.
The students did an excellent job running this event where they made sausage roll, pigs in blankets, pizza pin wheels, vegetarian pin wheels, caramel slice, cherry ripe slice and gluten free/dairy free lemon slice for staff members.
We would like to congratulate the VET Hospitality students who overall raised $125 from this event that will be donated to World Vision.
