Year 10 Introduction to Hospitality

Each week our Year 10 Introduction to Hospitality Students hold a café for staff offering tempting and very tasty options, great coffee and fantastic table service.

 

We are now in Week 8, and the Year 10 class have definitely come into their own. The menu of Beef & Harissa Salad, Tomato & Ricotta Quiche, Mystery Fruit Cheesecake and Banana Bread was to absolutely divine!

Any wonder the students are overwhelmed with the number of orders from staff, as they ditch the boring sandwiches and head to the café each week.

Even our casual relief staff and visiting speech, mental health and other service providers are welcome and they love it too!
