This November, WSC Student, James Mileski in Year 11, is participating in Movember, which is an annual event involving the growing of moustaches during the month of November to raise awareness of men’s health issues, such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer and men’s suicide.
This is a great initiative of James and he has even managed to convince Mr Jarrod Patterson, Mr Brad Campbell, Mr Luke Ellis and Mr Chris Farnay to jump on-board. I know you are already wondering how this can be, given the fact that facial hair is already apparent on all of these men, including James, whose beard is out of control!
Well they are going to do a reverse Movember, with their motto ‘Shave a Mo, Save a Bro!’ That’s right they are going to shave off their beautiful beards and moustaches!!
But to get this done, it’s going to cost and they are looking to raise $2000. That's a lot of money to raise but they know that with your help, they can get there.
So guys, please dig deep, open your wallets and support this great fundraiser; Movember.
It is wonderful to see one of our students, stepping up and going outside the box to help his fellow man and his community.
So let us all please support James and help him make a difference by donating and sharing this post with family and friends.
Besides, who does not want to see what is behind the beards of Mr Patterson, Mr Campbell, Mr Ellis and Mr Farnay?
