The active ingredients of resilience
• How parents can develop these in their children
• Friendship and relationship skills
• Neurochemistry and parenting
• Parenting tricky kids/ teens
• Creating happy kids
• Building self-esteem and dealing with setbacks
Workshop duration: 1 hour evening session for parents. + Q and A Drawn partly from Andrew’s books ‘Tricky Teens’ and ‘The A to Z of Feelings’ and ‘Tricky Behaviours’
