SBA with Urban Automotive

 

Ayaan had demonstrated his wish to start a career in the Automotive industry by completing his Cert II in Automotive as part of his VET studies and doing work placement at Urban Automotive.

A conversation with his employer, Bala Sivakumaran ensured about a possible school-based apprenticeship which Bala agreed to support. Ayaan will now work two days a week at Urban Automotive and undertake his formal training through Kangan Institute, combining hands-on experience with accredited study to progress toward his qualification.
