The Man Cave

Yesterday, our Year 10 male students participated in a full-day The Man Cave incursion, an engaging and impactful program dedicated to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of boys and young men.

As Australia's leading preventative mental health charity for boys and young men, The Man Cave encourages students to explore the concept of masculinity, challenge outdated societal expectations, and build healthier relationships with themselves and those around them.
Based on the Rites of Passage framework, the workshop provided a safe and supportive environment where students could have honest conversations through group-building activities, interactive games and meaningful discussions covering topics such as:
? Mental health
? Healthy relationships
? Communication
✔️ Consent
? Resilience and personal growth
The program empowers students to develop confidence, emotional awareness and resilience while strengthening positive relationships and providing practical strategies to support their wellbeing both at school and beyond.
We are proud to offer opportunities like The Man Cave, helping our students develop the skills, confidence and emotional wellbeing they need to thrive now and into the future.
