Year 12 VET Cookery | FIVE Vineyard

Our Year 12 VET Cookery students, today enjoyed a fantastic industry experience at FIVE Vineyard, gaining a behind-the-scenes look at the world of hospitality.

 

The students were treated to a full tour of the vineyard, learning about how grapes are grown and harvested to produce wine, followed by a kitchen tour and the opportunity to meet and chat with the chefs. They also explored the venue and spoke with the Function Coordinator, gaining valuable insight into the planning and delivery of functions and events.

To finish the day, the students enjoyed a delicious lunch and end-of-year celebration, recognising all of their hard work and commitment throughout the year. FIVE Vineyard provided an incredible array of absolutely stunning and delicious plates for the students to sample.
