VET Cookery - South Melbourne Market Excursion

Students will be visiting South Melbourne Market to expand their culinary knowledge. Students will have an opportunity to meet the sellers and butchers of the market and purchase a range of foods.
Students to meet at Wallan Station at 8.30am and will return to Wallan Station at approx 3.22pm. Students will require their own Miki and transport to and from the station.
