One room, one message tailored for high school students. Casual racism and bullying are named and challenged head-on, establishing a shared upstander culture where respect and belonging become the daily norm. Interactive, age-appropriate follow-up workshops delivered in smaller Year 7 groups. Students cover hurtful language, homophobic slurs, casual racism, body-image comments, and music's influence on values—practicing the framework that moves them from bystanders to active upstanders.
