Year 6 to 7 Transition

Year 7 Transition Program

The move from primary school to secondary school is an exciting and milestone in every student’s educational journey. Our Year 7 Transition Program is designed to support students and families well before the first day of school, ensuring a confident and positive start to secondary education.

We are committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment where every student feels known, valued, and prepared.
